This return policy is valid for 30 days after the date of your purchase. Thereafter, we cannot accept your return.
1. Conditions of return
The item that you want to return must be in its original packaging and be unused to be eligible for a return. We do not accept returns of gift cards or vouchers. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send your item to firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to 261 Plantation Street, Silverton, Pretoria, 0184.
We will send you a notification when we have received your return. We will also inspect the returned product and inform you if your return has been approved or rejected (Based on the conditions of return). If we approved your return, we will process your refund with a credit applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) which can take a few days. To return your product, you should post your product to 261 Plantation Street, Silverton, Pretoria, 0184. Shipping your return item will be at your own cost (Delivery cost). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
