Returns Policy
The Lamp factory want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please review our hustle free returns policy below.
- Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging as they need to be resold as new.
- We will also return that item at our cost if its defective or incorrectly supplied
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
- Custom-made or special-order items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery either via email, WhatsApp or telephonically.
- Provide clear photos of the damage.
- We will arrange a replacement, repair at our cost or refund where applicable.
- Return Process
- Contact us via email/phone with your order details.
- Wait for return approval and instructions.
- Once approval has been received securely package the item/s and send them back to our physical address: 261 Plantation Street, Silverton, Pretoria, 0184.
5. Refunds
- Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5 –10 business days.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery or unless arranged otherwise.
- We offer exchanges for defective, damaged or even if customer orders items incorrectly we will exchange them without any hustle
