Returns Policy

The Lamp factory want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please review our hustle free returns policy below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging as they need to be resold as new.
  • We will also return that item at our cost if its defective or incorrectly supplied
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
  • Custom-made or special-order items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  1. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery either via email, WhatsApp or telephonically.
  • Provide clear photos of the damage.
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair at our cost or refund where applicable.
  1. Return Process
  1. Contact us via email/phone with your order details.
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.
  3. Once approval has been received securely package the item/s and send them back to our physical address:  261 Plantation Street, Silverton, Pretoria, 0184.

 5. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5 –10 business days.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  1. Exchanges
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery or unless arranged otherwise.
  • We offer exchanges for defective, damaged or even  if customer orders items incorrectly we will exchange them without any hustle
